The Kardashians do it big in every aspect of their lives, so why not do the same for Christmas? The family is known for their over-the-top Christmas cards and this year’s certainly puts all previous years to shame. We must admit, upon first look at the photo we were a bit shocked. It’s definitely not your average matching-sweaters-awkwardly-touching-shoulders type of Christmas card.
Photographer David LaChapelle set up what seems like a post-apocalyptic casino complete with about a year’s worth of crumpled Kardashian-covered tabloids. Noticeably absent from the photo is Rob Kardashian, Lamar Odom, Kanye West and Scott Disick. LaChapelle sugguested only the women be photographed. Everyone seemed fine with the idea since Kanye is on tour, Rob is (still) having weight issues and Khloe and Lamar are having marital issues. Bruce objected and is pictured in the corner…in a glass tube.
LaChapelle also didn’t want the children pictured, but Kourtney insisted (and we agree) that they should be in the picture. Obviously, North West didn’t make a debut.
